We should not so insult others and try to provoke them during the making of our videos as it is unsocial. We must not input false information and lie to our viewers. If we do all this, we are not respecting others. I also learn that we could be sue or jailed if we do all this. i think that this behavior is unacceptable and this is truly a bad thing to do. I think that the people who uses this things must be person who has low self-esteem and he/she is trying to attract attention

We should not post any stuffs related to pornography, cyber bullying / violent activities, racism. We should not edit any videos that were original. Posting pornography related video online is illegal and it gives other people a wrong image of sex. Posting cyber-bullying or violent activities would influence the thinking of the people who saw it, and worst, they may imitate their actions. Being racism is illegal in Singapore, therefore posting racism video is also against the law. The racism video would also influence people's mind and if they follow them, the society would not be in peace, and there may be a riot again like what happened in 80's and 90's.

We should not use the videos to actually "arrow" someone whom you detest or dislike. Trying to provoke them through this way is really very childish and immature. Knowing this way may not only hurt them physically or even worse,mentally. We should not even publish these videos into websites like youtube. We are not showing respect to both the viewers and victim. Even if you do not show it out, the viewers are seemingly able to sense it. Internet is a worldwide thing which many can share things through it. Unknowingly, the video might also insult some viewers who are in the same condition as the person being victimised.

We also should not post anything that is rude to other races, neither we should scold the opponent's company as this will destroy their company's image. and being racist will influence the society and may have a riot that will destroy the peace and the rules in singapore. so we should think twice when you want to post things on internet...

After the various media lessons, i learnt that some people would often abuse the use of internet which causes the internet to be harmful and dangerous. Some people would also insult others via the internet which is also known as cyber bullying. It can cause people to lead to depression which is an important case. Some people woudl also copy things from the internet without the authors' permission. This is abusing the authors rights and not respecting the author. There would be dire concequences if we do these kinds of actions.

We should not do things to make people feel uncomfortable. It may be seen as cyber bullying. And the consequences can be very severe. If we must use people's image or something, we must ask for their permission first if not there will be alot of disrupt later on. When people see our video, they will not feel attracted but may be very disgusted by our acts for making them look ugly. This act is very unsocialable.

I think that we should not...
1. Bully others online. (Cyber-bullying)
Regardless how weak or fragile the person is, I think that it is not right to bully them and make use of their weaknesses. Harming their feelings may be "fun" at some points. However, It will not be fun if we are the opposite party. The opposite party might never believe anything online and lose interest to online related things.
2. Pretending to be Someone that we are not. (Lying)
I think that we should not pretend to be someone that we are not onlline. Others might believe what we say (FALSE) , and this may create unnecassary misunderstandings. If it spreads furthers, many people may also misunderstand. This may affect how others think about them in their lives.

One should not cyber-bully/laugh/insult the people acting in the videos. This is because it would make the actors very sad as they have put in alot of effort in making that single video. They have also gathered a lot of courage to act infront of the camera. We should not edit a little part the video and say that the video is ours even though it is not. This is considered plagiarism and you may get sued/jailed for this. The videos should also not contain any parts of violence/obscene acts as it may corrupt the minds of the audience. All this acts are very childish and immatured.

We should not use other people's names in our videos without their permission as that is wrond and might result in harm being caused. We should not display things that are unproven so as to not decieve the viewers who gladly believe just about anything they see on TV. Cyber-bullying is definetely not allowed. Using your video for bullying and personal gain is just wrong and the victim's reputation might be destroyed because of our grudges against him or her.

We should not make use of this videos to scold other people or cyber bullying. Cyber-bullying is a serious offence and it may cause you to be sued as it is very wrong.

We should not post videos with content that might hurt a person's feelings, like posting that a certain person is not capable of doing anything, not useful etc. We also should not have undesirable video content such as crude and bad language, violence etc. If everyone posts videos that contain bad language, violence, hurt people's feeling etc, the Internet will lose its usefulness and instead influence people to be bad. The Internet would not longer be able to be used for research, study etc but instead people would be using it for undesirable activities and this would influence the people who use the Internet to be bad, too. We should not lie to our audience because by doing this, we are not respecting the audience. If we are selling a product but we lied in the advertisement, we will lose the trust of the buyers and the product will not sell very well. We should also not include some offending things like talking bad about the other races because we are also not respecting others in this way and it could raise fights between races or people that we do not wish for. ReplyDeleteAfter the production, i think that we should not use the video for lying in such the way that it is illegal. For example, the filming of the murdering is REAL inside the video. In simpler words, the illegal scenes cannot be really doing it during filming. In addition, we should not be lying for our identity, for example, we will take the character in the video as us. In actual fact, we are not them. These despicable techniques are used in online-dating e.t.c., frequently to cheat and bluff those users. Furthermore, we should not use the video for own benefits; false information. To let the ratings of your video shoot up like a rocket, we made up faking informtion in giving the viewers wrong illusions. In conclusion, we are not supposed to make use of videos for lying purposes in the way that it is IMMORAL. The others, are quite acceptable.

we should not lie to the director and the audience since doing that is illegal and it will affect someone's thoughts and feelings towards that clip. you may also cheat someone and that person would be very angry. cheating is a very serious offense and it would cause one's reputation to be ruined and it causes one to be in a bad state. lying would make one believe and think the wrong way and that would make some believe the wrong truth and would cause them to think a wrong way.

The most important rule we must abide while filming is that we should not film or post any immoral or insulting scenes in our videos if they are meant to be advisable for all ages.We should also be truthful when we pass information through our videos.We should not post lies such as placing a scene that contains a fake event that will probably shock and/or interest the viewer.Not only is this immoral,it will also get the vdeomaker in trouble with the law.I believe that this will not be worth the money to wind up with a huge fine or even get imprisonment.We should also not post scenes that insults other and hurt their dignity.It wil not be fair to the person as he/she will be publically humiliated. I think one should not misuse the video by filming violence and cyber-bullying. If such a particular type f video shows examples of bullying and violence in full detail, the people who are watching it might get influenced and do the same thing. In this rate, if more people were to watch the video, there might be an increase in the amount of cyber-bullyings and violence. The reason why people want to make videos for others to see is to entertain audiences and influence them in a good way, even if they showed bad contents like violence or bullying, they should show the dire consequences to let people know that doing all these is wrong.

I think that we should not humiliate and insult others through any means. We should also not provoke them by saying bad things about them on the internet. Information on the internet can be seen by anybody and it will be very embarrassing to the victim. Cyber bullying is also a very cruel way of bullying as the bully can easily fake his or her identity and not be known to others. The victim will lose self-esteem and confidence in himslef. If the bullying gets worse, the victim may go into depression. This is very bad for the persons mental and physical health.

We will feel bad so we should not do this kind of things to other people so they will not do the same back to us. People may also be depressed if we talk bad about them. As the net is open to all the people in the world and people of different countries with different religions and beliefs surfs the net ,we must be careful of our video's content as it may contradicts with other's religious beliefs that may cause them to be offended . We must respect one another in the cyber world so as to achieve peace ,prosperity and harmony within Mother Earth better . Respect includes not using vulgarities . If we use vulgarities, we are not showing respect but critising others which we would not be able to gain their trust again and would leave a bad impression on you , be it your country or individual self . In addition , copyrighting should not be practised as we are taking credits for things thta are not done or thought by us , it will then be unfair to the contributor .Lastly,violence and pornography is not encouraged as these might or will influence people,especially people with a younger age , like children to have a wrong concept of principles.The children may then turn violent in the future or get addicted to pronography which is a serious mistake that should be corrected since young .

They would never say something like that in person, there is a sense of strength behind the veil of the internet. It gets crazy but we do have to teach people how to behave.
