i would use more animations of the clip, and make the movie more interesting and exciting such that more people would watch the show and introduced the clip to their friends and relatives, this would help to promote the number of people that are watching the clip. THe other thing that i am going to do is to add more sound to the clips since the sound would affect the mood of the people that are watching the clip, the sound effects must be good to attract the people watching the clip, this way my clip would surely be able to attract the attentions of the people.

I would promote by giving out brochures to schools in Singapore, especially Secondary schools. This is because brochures are cheap and simple to make. They can be in different shapes, sizes and colours. This way, many information can be stored and give the students a maximized view of what the video is about. We can also put in information about having a family. Like, what is family to many people and how some hope to have one. We can put it in four languages as to appeal those students who are unable to read English. We can give ask them for their views on the video and how we can improve on it.

i will build on the conflict and conclusion to give people a better impression of my video so that they can also ask their friends and relatives to watch my video. I can add on my music and advertise the videos on television, newspapers and magazines. As most people read newspapers and watch televisions, it can attract people more easily. I would use a few scenes of the video, and together with some big headings to form an advertisement. I would send the advertisement to different TV channels to play it during the commercials. I would also film it in different languages according the different channels.

I would choose to advertise the video via advertisments through the television and the newspapers. I chose them both as majority of the children and maybe old folks watch television programmes so during the three minutes break for the comercials, we can promote the video. For the adults, majority of them reads the newspaper, so while flipping the newspaper, they would be able to take a look at the advertisment in the newspapers. This way, the three different age groups are able to find out more about the video. I did not choose to advertise through the magazine as you would have to subscribe them to look at them or buy them. Most people would be ordering newspapers which would be delivered to them almost everyday. However, not many people would subscribe the magazines as they would only be able to obtain themm, usually, once a month. We would also have to pay more money for the advertisments, so it would be better if we do not use too many ways to advertise.

I would promote by advertising the video in magazines as there are alot of people nowadays viewing magazines.Magazines are affordable and have attractive cover page,it is sold at convenience stores which provides alot of convenience as people can just grab,pay and go!Especially when Singapore is a place where there are many busy workaholics that are rushing to go to work every morning.Magazines are handy and convenient to read at anywhere,anytime.Magazines are big in size and the fonts are readable,it can contain more pictures to give people an idea of what "Family" is.Magazine comes in different languages which suits different races.We can also add in other details to make it more appealing,and make the video out of a comic that inspires children and adults and also advice them on how to bond family ties and how to keep the family happy!

ReplyDeleteI would show a short advertisement that will only describe the start of the show so as to create suspense and will instill interest in the audience as to how the movie would end.i would also add the URL for a website for further details.

I would send my video to the TV station so that it can be screened on television between commercials. Many people watch TV so I am sure that the video would have many views. I can also advertise my video on radio or in the newspapers and the video would reach even more views this way. The video should not only show the viewers the importance of a family but also be very touching and leave an impact on the viewers so that they would reommend it to their relatives and friends. Lastly, I could post the video on the web so that people who use the Internet frequently would get to view the video too.

I think thatwecan promote our video by many different ways. However, the most effective way is through newspapers. I say this because Singapore, unlike most of the other countries and cities, is a busy working city where everyuday, everymorning, people are definitely rushing to work. Inspite of the fact that there are public holidays and weekends, the sighht of work-a-holics busy rushing to work greets us every morning. Thus, the fastest, affordable, and most common way to get updates is through the newspapers. Newspaper come out in all different languages and is very commonly seen in families regardless old or young. Newspapers are the most ideal way to advertise the video to the people.

ReplyDeleteI would put it on gaming sites so that teens who are on their way to play games may see the advertisement and know that such an advertisement exists. I would also put it on newspapers so that parents who are reading it may notice it and tell their children about them. This way, maximum viewership can be obtained. Another way is to put my advertisement at bus-stops. People in Singapore are always on the move and this way, they will read the advertisement while waiting for their buses.

ReplyDeleteI would chose to promote the video through advertisement on television with some interesting animations in it. Many people today watch the television almost everyday. By advertising the video through television enables more people to watch it. The interesting animations would attract more people too as people would not be interested to watch a video with just plain words but would be attracted to the advertisement with more animation. Also, the video must have different languages in different channel so that the viewers can understand what the video is talking about.

I would choose to promote my video on the theme "My Family" by several ways . As there is several different ranges of age groups , we have to accomodate the people by making use of the things that the age group would do to promote this video . In general,there are the teenagers,the adults and the elderly.For the teenagers,I would suggest that the video should be played before a popular movie starts(advertisment) as teenagers nowadays tend to catch the current popular movie with their peers in order to catch up with the others . Besides advertising in the cinema , I think that the short video should also be played through the net ,for example,through msn which most teenagers have , popular websites that teenagers would normally go and magazines like " teenage " or "seventeen" which teenagers oftenly purchase .Lastly,perhaps by dealing with the various popular handphones companies like Sony Ericsson and Nokia,requesting them to store the video in each individual phone or attractive wallpapers would help to increase the viewership drastically as almost everyone has a handphone and use them daily .For the adults, the advertisment could be promoted through the newspaper as most adults subscribed newspapers or buy them daily to read . In addition for some families,their bond is strong and they would relate information that they read or discover to their families and a free publicity would be gained . Firstly, i will make my video such that all age groups can watch, then according to the age groups, i will see which aspect of advertising i will look at to accomodate each age group. Like for example, the older age group or adults will read newspapers to get their fix on the current affairs daily. Then, i will invest on an advertistment in a small portion of the newspapers. As for the teenagers or young adults, they will spend most of their time on the internet. When they watch it and like it too, they will spread and the process goes on and on.
